This one is kind of funny. Not really funny ha-ha, but more funny, “Hey, Mike. You don’t workout ever! Why would you put together a workout mix?” Here is why – I have had people ask me to. Simple as that!
And while I don’t workout personally, I know you need a brief little warm-up and then a cool-down. Everything in between should be super up-tempo with the BPM around the 120 range. This is exactly what you get here. Even if you don’t workout either, no worries, you can enjoy it as a fun little dance mix. It’s just about 48 minutes and there’s no talking.
Episode number six is coming very soon and there’s a lot to look forward to there! I’m going to be playing the same kick-ass music and will be trying some new things, too.
